Mastermind confidentiality agreement.
This draft is for ABUNDANT IMPACT SDN BHD (Company No. 201901000875 (1310201-K)), its facilitator and each participating member. It covers group meetings, Urgent Action Sessions, private coaching and related member communications. The final agreement will be provided for your review before you commit to membership or pay. Agreement is required before participation.
1. Protect what members share.
Keep non-public business and personal information confidential, including finances, plans, customers, employees, member cases and coaching discussions. Use it only to participate in the programme and support the person who shared it. Do not use it to compete with, solicit from or otherwise disadvantage that person or their business.
2. Ask before sharing or recording.
Do not share another member’s information outside the session or authorised group without their prior written permission. Private coaching information must not be shared with the group without the member’s permission. Do not record, photograph, transcribe or upload discussions to AI or other external services without prior written agreement from the facilitator and everyone whose information is involved. Guest participants must agree to these terms before access.
3. Share only what you may disclose.
Members should remove unnecessary identifying details and only bring information they are authorised to share. Each participant remains responsible for existing duties to employers, clients and other third parties.
4. Exceptions.
These obligations do not cover information that was lawfully public, already lawfully known to the recipient without a confidentiality duty, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source without a confidentiality duty. If disclosure is legally required, disclose only what is required and, where legally permitted, notify the affected person first.
5. Store carefully and report mistakes.
Protect notes and messages from unauthorised access. Promptly tell Soo Hoo and the affected member about accidental loss or disclosure and cooperate to limit further sharing. On request or when leaving, return or delete confidential materials, except copies required by law; retained copies remain protected.
6. Continuing duty.
Confidentiality continues after membership ends for as long as the information remains confidential. Members remain responsible for their own business decisions; participation does not guarantee a business outcome.
