Decide what deserves attention
Look at the priorities and values you say matter, then compare them with where your time and effort actually go.
Personal growth
Connect what matters to the decisions you make each day.
By John C. Maxwell
Important goals depend on decisions repeated long before the result becomes visible. Today Matters explores twelve areas of daily choice, including priorities, attitude, health, relationships, values and growth. The discussion helps participants notice where their daily behaviour supports their intentions and where the two diverge.
People who want better follow-through on their priorities.
Daily priorities, attitude, commitment, relationships, values and growth.
Inside the programme
These themes guide the learning. The depth and selection depend on the format and the needs you bring.
Look at the priorities and values you say matter, then compare them with where your time and effort actually go.
Turn a broad intention into a specific daily choice that you can recognise, practise and review.
Discuss how health, relationships, thinking and other commitments affect your ability to sustain useful work and contribution.
Notice the situations that interrupt follow-through and choose a practical response that helps you return to the habit.
From ideas to action
Translate an important priority into an observable daily habit.
If developing your team is a priority, examine how often you make time for useful feedback. Choose a brief daily action, identify when you will do it and keep a record of what changes in the conversation.
This is an example of local application. We adapt the discussion to your situation and agreed scope.

The learning experience
Facilitated learning combines explanation, discussion and reflection on participants’ own situations. Where the agreed format allows, you practise an application and decide what to try at work. Scope, duration and any follow-up are agreed around the group’s needs.
The USD 8 per person fee plus 8% SST (USD 8.64 total) covers the session only; lunch is not included. The session introduces a selected idea and its practical application. It is an introduction to the topic; the wider themes above describe the broader learning available. All sessions are hybrid. Starting in 2027, Lunch & Learn runs on selected Mondays, 12pm–2pm Malaysia Time. Exact dates will be confirmed before enrolment. No preparation is required. Sessions are conducted in English, in Malaysia Time (MYT, UTC+8). We use ClassIn for hybrid sessions. Online and in-person members participate fully in the same class: ask questions, contribute to discussions and work through member cases together. The joining link and learning management system (LMS) access will be provided five days before each session.
